About us
HopeWorks is led by Adam Mileusnic.
We are agile, and work remotely around the world. This enables us to build the right team for each project, in order to deliver creative and impactful branding and communications solutions for our customers.

Adam founded HopeWorks to help mission-driven organisations communicate complex ideas clearly and create work that drives real change.
With a background in branding, strategic communications and design, he works with charities, non-profits and social enterprises to turn policy, research and big ideas into clear messaging, campaigns and practical resources people actually use.
Before starting HopeWorks, Adam worked at award-winning London studio GBH on global brands including PUMA and Apple, before moving in-house across both commercial and charitable organisations including The Co-operative Bank and Alzheimer’s Society. This mix of commercial brand thinking and specialist sector experience shapes his approach today.
Adam has worked as a facilitator on Margaret Atwood’s Practical Utopias programme and as a coach on Seth Godin’s AltMBA.
He holds an MSc in Global Challenges from the University of Edinburgh. He is based in Madrid and works internationally.
